We’ll be traveling light in order to keep our rickshaw breaking down only every couple of miles, but as such, there are some things we do need in order to reach our charity goals and to travel as safely as we can while in India.

Some of the things we’re looking for are just personal contacts that may be able to help us out with promoting the event or able to get us free or discounted items from the list below. Other things you may have just sitting around at your house or garage that we may be able to borrow for the trip: Take a look, and let us know if you can help with anything on this list by emailing us at LostTuk@gmail.com. Your generosity means the world to us, so thanks in advance!

Also, one thing that would be super helpful if you don't want to take the time to shop or not quite sure which product we need, GIFT CARDS are always loved! REI or AMAZON gift cards will not go to waste!!!

Friends in High Places

  • Places to stay along the route or just friends in/from India we can connect with for advice
  • Frequent flyers with charitable souls that want to donate some of their banked airline miles to help us get to India (we went ahead and purchased)
  • Local venues in Boston, Southern California or San Francisco Bay Area that may want to help out the cause by holding a fundraising night (thanks to Kasa in San Francisco, Tantric in Boston, and Irelands 32 in San Fran for offering up their venue for 3 great events to benefit JDRF!)
  • Advice on adjusting to Delhi belly
  • Corporate sponsorship candidates
  • Media connections/contacts for media coverage

  • Insect Repellant for the most severe of conditions
  • Mosquito Nets

  • Insect After Bite
  • Oral Rehydration Salt packets (See our Amazon Wishlist)
